One evening as the sky darkened, I drove around looking for the right spot to view the approaching storm. When my patience wore out and night descended, I returned to my still-dry campsite. To my delight, suddenly the wind blew and the rain descended as thunder and lightning danced all around the old mining district. The next day I captured the scene and my sense of camping below this fascinating mine relic.
